How to not get sick in Indonesia

Hi, are you in Indonesia right now? Or are you planning to go to Indonesia?

I have some tips and essential vocabularies so you won't get sick in Indonesia, especially a stomachache. :)

Tips:
1. Don't order spicy food, especially if you're not used to it. Several types of food is spicy. If you don't say anything, it would be spicy "by default".
2. Don't drink iced drinks if you're not sure about the ice.
3. If you have any allergy, please let the waiter or the food seller know.
4. If you're not sure what to get, you can see the picture on the menu. Feel free to ask the waiter what it is to make sure that it is something you would like to eat.

Here are some important vocabularies that you might need:
1. Tidak pedas = not spicy
2. Cabe nol = zero chili
3. Tidak pakai es = no ice
4. Saya alergi kacang = I have an allergy to peanuts.
5. Saya alergi telur = I have an allergy to eggs.

Ok, that's all for today. I hope you find the tips useful.

Stay healthy.

Cheers,
Esfie
